Matthew Thomas Palenik was born at 27 weeks gestation and hospitalized for over 3 months. During that time, Matt was diagnosed with Periventricular Leukomalacia (PVL) and Cerebral Palsy (CP).

Due to these brain injuries, he needs costly, specialized equipment and multiple therapies each week to help him reach his full potential.
